SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders placed over R700 in South Africa. Orders below this will be couriered at a charge of R120.
International orders will be delivered for a flat rate of R2,000.
Delivery Time
Local deliveries are usually delivered between 1 to 7 days from order, based on your location.
International deliveries take between 1 to 2 weeks and are handled by DHL.
Processing Times
Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday.
We make use of various couriers.
Tracking
You will be notified of your tracking number and will be able to track it by logging into your account on Nordens.co.za and clicking on the orders tab on the my account page.
