For the maximum benefit, take two Organamin tablets a day at any time of day. To treat insomnia, take two tablets in the early evening.

Side effects: Because Organamin detoxes and alkalises the system, it may sometimes cause headaches and nausea initially. If symptoms persist, reduce your dosage from two to one capsule per day for the next week or two.
